YoruCare offers free returns on eligible items within 30 days after delivery. Our goal is to make returns simple, fair, and clear for global customers.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Return requests opened after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by local law.

Free Return Shipping

Eligible returns include free standard return shipping. After we approve your return request, we will provide return instructions and, where available, a prepaid return label or an equivalent return method.

Return Process

  1. Email support@lumarootza.com with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
  2. Our support team reviews the request and confirms whether the item is eligible for a free return, replacement, exchange, or refund.
  3. If approved, we send return instructions and a return label or return address. Please do not send products back before receiving these instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and order information when available.
  5. Ship the package using the approved return method and keep the return tracking receipt until the refund is completed.
  6. After the returned item is received and inspected, we issue the approved refund to the original payment method.

Eligible Items

  • The item should be unused, clean, and in resellable condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and order information should be included when applicable.
  • If the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible with photos or video evidence.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

For safety, hygiene, legal, or carrier reasons, some items may have return limits. These can include personalized or custom-made items, opened hygiene or intimate products, consumables, digital products, and items restricted by local law or transport regulations. If a product has a specific exception, it will be shown on the product page or confirmed during support review.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank, card, and PayPal processing times vary, but refunds commonly appear within 3-10 business days after approval.

Exchanges and Replacements

If you need a different variant, size, model, or color, contact us first. Depending on stock and destination, we may recommend a replacement, exchange, or refund.
