Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Standard global shipping is free on every order.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard international delivery usually takes 7-20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Do you charge taxes or customs fees?

No. YoruCare does not charge or collect sales tax, VAT, GST, import tax, customs duty, or handling tax at checkout. The checkout total is the amount charged by YoruCare.

Which payment methods are supported?

We support credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal where available.

Can I use a discount code?

New customers can use code WELCOME10 at checkout where the promotion is available.

Are returns free?

Yes. Eligible returns include free standard return shipping within 30 days after delivery. Review the Refund Policy for exceptions and return instructions.

How do I start a return?

Email support@lumarootza.com with your order number, return reason, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item back.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email a tracking number. You can also use the Track Order page and your order email.

Why does the price change after selecting variants?

Some products have different prices by color, size, model, material, quantity, or other product options. The final price is shown before you add the item to cart.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@lumarootza.com with your order number and photos or video. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, refund, or return.
