YoruCare ships orders to customers worldwide with free standard shipping on every order. There is no minimum order value for standard global shipping.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- If an item requires additional verification, packaging, or supplier confirmation, we may contact you before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery
Standard international delivery usually takes 7-20 business days after dispatch. Delivery time can vary by country, customs clearance, carrier capacity, local holidays, weather, and remote-area routing.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Taxes and Fees
YoruCare does not charge or collect sales tax, VAT, GST, import tax, customs duty, or handling tax at checkout. Product prices are shown before tax, and standard global shipping is free. If a local authority or carrier independently requests an import-related fee in your destination country, that fee is not collected by YoruCare and is outside our checkout charge.
Address Accuracy
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, unavailable recipients, or carrier delivery restrictions.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@lumarootza.com with your order number and photos if available. We will work with the carrier and help arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
